Loved Member
After a member’s first completed stay they will be promoted into Loved Membership. For 12 months from this date they will enjoy not the impressive list of Club benefits above as well as the following:
- Complimentary continental breakfast for two daily
- Late Check-out (4pm, subject to availability)
Honoured Member
After five stays (within 12 months) Loved Members will be elevated to Honoured Member status and as a thank you they will receive a complimentary night voucher. As a member of our most valued tier, we will not only extend all of the Special & Loved benefits to them, but also offer the following additional benefits:
- Priority room category upgrade (subject to availability)
- Earn additional complimentary room nights
Your customers will earn one complimentary night at SLH hotel for every five qualified stays completed during a 12 month window. Terms & conditions apply as follows:
- There is no limit to the number of complimentary nights that can be earned
- At least two hotels must be represented in your customers’ five stays
- Only non-contiguous stays will qualify
- Only reservations made through slh.com, via one of the SLH voice centres or through a travel agent are eligible
